This year has produced so much bad news, from several black men being brutally killed by police, the unrest that has come as a result, and bombings and terrorist attacks in several cities throughout the world.

The tide has turned, at least for now, after 21 of the kidnapped girls from Chibok, in Borno, Nigeria who sparked the #BringBackOurGirls movement were returned to their loved ones. More than 200 young women were stolen by Boko Haram, the Islamic extremist who have been terrorizing the northern region of Nigeria for years.  The return home of some of the captives is not only shocking, it’s also a rainbow in the world’s gloomy sky.  Watch the video below of their emotional homecoming!
