The First U.K. Based Wellness Retreats Dedicated To Women Of Color Needs Your Support

OYA Body-Mind-Spirit Retreats, the first yoga and wellness retreats dedicated to women of color in the UK, led by a few bad ass women of color, recently launched an Indiegogo campaign to bring yoga and self-care tools to undeserved communities.

OYA was founded by Dr. Satcie CC Graham, a certified yoga instructor, who completed her teacher training in the Himalayas of Sikkim.  Her goal was to provide a safe space for women of color to feel supported, and empowered to practice self-care through mindfulness, yoga, and other forms of movement.
