Issa Rae Is A COVERGIRL!

Issa Rae just keeps winning…and we love it!  The self proclaimed awkward black girl turned comedic genius just landed a contract with CoverGirl Cosmetics!  We couldn’t think of a better person to be chosen for such an honor.  The HBO ‘Insecure’ creator took to Instagram to gush about her new gig.

I remember being an awkward black girl in high school, reading the pages of my favorite magazines, casually flipping through @COVERGIRL ads, singing their slogan in my head.
