On Perfection
We all want to have perfect skin. My skin isn’t that perfect but I’m black and I’m beautiful and that’s just what I have to accept.
My Happiest Moment
When I was still at my internship. It was with Expanded Success Initiative. It was the best ever. I can’t explain how happy I was. They took us to Texas. We opened up four schools for black and Latino kids, it was amazing. Blacks and Latinos have the lowest drop out rates so we’re just trying to decrease it so that way they can stay in school and go to college and get the proper education that they deserve. I’m going to study business management and minor in psychology. Right now I got to Bronx Community College but I’m going to transfer out into a four year school.

On Perfection and Beauty
I try not to complain about it too much because I feel like everybody is going through the same thing. I just slap on concealer.
Give Me 10 Years
I go to Queens Borough for Engineering. There’s not that many black girls especially, doing Engineering, so a lot of times I tell people, and they’re like, ‘engineering, sure.’ So I’m like, okay, give me 10 years. Just wait on it.
Our friendship
Last year I got a boyfriend and we were like killing it. The year before that we became best friends. We had a really good time last summer. We were hanging out all the time. It was one of my favorite summers, probably ever. So I’m definitely trying to get back to that for 2017.
