Mikayla Johnson: Growing up in Brooklyn, we lived in what you would call the hood, not really the suburban part. Crown Heights. So it’s hard sometimes, walking down the street and there are a whole bunch of guys.
Rachel Jacks: You can’t wear shorts
Mikayla: Yeah you can’t wear certain things.
Rachel Jacks: Before I didn’t feel confident wearing shorts and stuff like that when I was younger. But now [laughs], I got that confidence.
